Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for verified purchases within 14 days of transaction date if the following policy criteria is met.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging.
Items not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Used items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Shipping and handling costs
- Clearance product
Upon receipt of your return or exchange, the item will be inspected and we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit in the amount you paid for the product will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Once your refund is processed through our system, you will receive an email notification. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. The exact time frame will depend on your banking institution or credit card provider as they control when the money is returned to your account. If you have not received your credit within 5 business days, contact your bank or credit card company. If you have taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@milkboxcandle.com.
Items with manufacturer defects are eligible for replacement with the same item. Items that have been damaged due to misuse or gross negligence are not eligible for return or exchange.
If your item(s) are damaged during shipping, take pictures of the shipping box and the product and send an email with your order number a brief description of the damage to info@milkboxcandle.com. Because we will be filing a claim with the carrier, we require that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are eligible to receive a gift card for the current retail price of your item if the item meets our return policy eligibility standards.
