Shipping policy

All product is shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase during non-summer shipping months.

Summer Shipping Policy:

Packages containing wax products shipped between June and September will be only be shipped Monday - Wednesday to protect the product from melting during transit.

Damaged, Stolen, or Lost Package Policy:

If your package is damaged, stolen or lost during transit, you are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. 

In-transit Packages:

Tracking is provided for all packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
